Summer visitors to our Open Days, hosted by Darlow Contract Services at Soham, have reached record numbers this year, seeing increases in professional grower customers visiting the trials.
The trials on show at the end of August covered a diverse selection of crops. Of particular note was a trial highlighting the blight resistance of the Patio Tomato range, along with our first significant demonstration trial of the vibrant IndigoTM and Artisan ranges of tomatoes from the USA. In addition to this, the trials also featured baby leaf crops, cucumbers, dwarf sunflowers, bulb and salad onions, along with dwarf beans and new brassica varieties.
